Growth Strategist
My friends call me the Change Whisperer: I am passionate about facilitating powerful, sustainable personal and professional transformations.
For the past 25 years, I have managed global change management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies both as an in-house leader and management consultant. In different roles, I have partnered with executives and their teams at Visa, Blue Shield, Workday, Hewlett Packard, Lilly, Charles Schwab, CEMEX, Pfizer, Google, Meta, and others. As a communications expert, I have counseled multiple C-suite leaders on their strategy and influence. And I have taught leadership classes to teams across the world.
My Neuroleadership Institute coaching certification complements my corporate background through a deep understanding of how our brain works, what motivates us, what holds us back, and how to overcome fear and resistance to harness the power of our mind, rewire new habits, mobilize our teams, and reach our goals.
This combination of extensive organizational strategy and leadership experience with formal neuroscience training informs the processes I use to help clients time and time again exceed what they thought was possible - be it leadership skills, business ventures, or entirely new life chapters.
Change is challenging for most of us. And yet, it’s inevitable, so we’re all faced with the same choice: intentionally lead the change we want in our life or wait to make the change we’ll be forced to. Technology is accelerating this dilemma.
Coaching can be life-changing by helping generate new awareness, access new tools, and take action with guidance, focus, and accountability. If you’ve been overwhelmed by the idea of change and postponing living your best life, there is a way there. Take the first step by scheduling a free consultation to learn more.
